Sinda Ltd. files for 17.75M share PO at $11.25-$13.25/sh

Sinda Ltd. is offering 17,750,000 shares of common stock in a firm commitment initial public offering, according to a press release statement from the company.

The company estimates the initial public offering price will be between $11.25 and $13.25 per share. Sinda Ltd. has received approval to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: SIND).

Prior to this offering, there has been no public market for Sinda Ltd. common stock.
