Silver Bow Mining plans NYSE American debut with $50 million IPO
Silver Bow Mining Corp announced plans for an initial public offering of 3,703,704 common shares at an estimated price range of $12 to $15 per share, according to a company statement.
The mining company expects to raise approximately $50 million based on an assumed offering price of $13.50 per share, representing the midpoint of the estimated range. The company has applied to list its shares on NYSE American under the ticker symbol SBMT.
No public market currently exists for Silver Bow Mining's common shares. The company stated it will not complete the offering if it fails to meet NYSE American's initial listing criteria or if the exchange does not approve its application.
Cantor and Research Capital USA serve as underwriters for the offering. The company noted that the final offering price may differ from the market price of shares following the IPO.
Silver Bow Mining's shares are not currently listed or quoted on any exchange or over-the-counter market. The company emphasized that approval for NYSE American trading cannot be guaranteed.
