Silver Bow Mining files for $50 million IPO on NYSE American
Silver Bow Mining Corp filed for an initial public offering on Tuesday, seeking to raise approximately $50 million through the sale of common shares.
The company plans to offer 4,347,828 common shares at an estimated price range of $10 to $13 per share, with a midpoint price of $11.50. The total offering is valued at $50,000,022 based on the midpoint pricing.
Silver Bow Mining has applied to list its common shares on NYSE American under the ticker symbol SBMT. No public market currently exists for the company's shares prior to this offering.
