SaaS Provider Reval Holdings Files $75M IPO

Reval Holdings, Inc. filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $75 million. Reval has not chosen a market or ticker to trade under as of its initial S-1 filing.

The offering is being made through BofA Merrill Lynch, Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, BMO Capital Markets, Lazard Capital Markets, and Raymond James.

Reval is a global SaaS provider of comprehensive and integrated treasury and risk management solutions.
