SRX Global acquires shares in Jersey Mike's $1B IPO
SRX Global Inc. (NYSE American: SRXH) announced it acquired shares in the initial public offering of Jersey Mike's, the fast-casual restaurant franchisor, according to a press release.
Jersey Mike's priced its Class A common shares at $23.00 per share, giving the company a total valuation of $1 billion. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol NYSE: JMKE.
Jersey Mike's operates more than 3,300 locations across the United States and Canada.
SRX Global describes itself as an AI-enabled investment platform focused on operating companies and strategic assets.
