SRAM International Corp. (Nasdaq: SRAM)(NYSE: SRAM) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering is $300 million. SRAM Int'l filed to list its shares under the ticker "SRAM."
The offering is being made through J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Baird, Lazard Capital Markets, Piper Jaffray, and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel.
