SK hynix files for Nasdaq IPO under ticker symbol SKHY

SK hynix Inc., a South Korean semiconductor company currently listed on the Korea Exchange KRX KOSPI Market under the code "000660," has filed for a proposed initial public offering of American Depositary Shares (ADSs) on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol NASDAQ: SKHY, according to a prospectus filing.
The company plans to offer ADSs, each representing a fraction of one common share with a par value of ₩5,000 per share. The exact number of ADSs to be offered and the offering price have not yet been determined, as the initial public offering price will be negotiated between SK hynix and the underwriters based on the last reported trading price of its common shares and prevailing market conditions.
Prior to this offering, there has been no public market for SK hynix ADSs in the United States.
BofA Securities, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and J.P. Morgan are serving as underwriters for the offering.
