Rubber Leaf plans $25 million stock offering at $4 per share, uplisting to Nasdaq
Rubber Leaf Inc. (OTC: RLEA) announced a public offering of 6.25 million shares of common stock at an expected price of $4 per share, according to a company statement.
The offering represents a firm commitment to raise $25 million. Prime Number Capital LLC serves as the representative of the underwriters for the transaction.
The company's stock currently trades on the Pink Open Market under the symbol RLEA. Rubber Leaf has applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the same ticker symbol, with the listing serving as a condition for completing the offering.
The final offering price will be determined by the company and Prime Number Capital, considering factors including historical performance, capital structure, market conditions and business assessment. The pricing will not be based on the current Pink Open Market trading price.
