The IPO for Regional Management (NYSE: RM) opened for trading. Shares are trading at $17.20 after pricing 4,200,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $15.00 per share.

Regional Management Corp. is a diversified specialty consumer finance company providing a broad array of loan products primarily to customers with limited access to consumer credit from banks, thrifts, credit card companies and other traditional lenders.
