Reformation Inc. files for IPO on NYSE under ticker REF
Reformation Inc. has filed for an initial public offering of shares of its common stock, with plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "REF," according to a prospectus statement.
The filing indicates that both the company and certain selling stockholders will offer shares, though the number of shares and the expected price range were not disclosed in the filing. Reformation Inc. stated it will not receive proceeds from shares sold by the selling stockholders.
J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley are serving as lead underwriters for the offering, alongside Citigroup, RBC Capital Markets, Guggenheim Securities, Baird, William Blair, BTIG, and Telsey Advisory Group.
Prior to this offering, there has been no public market for Reformation Inc.'s common stock.
