RedCloud Holdings (RCT) opens at $4.50, matches IPO price
Investing.com -- RedCloud Holdings plc, also known as RedCloud, started trading its ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “RCT” on March 21, 2025. The shares opened at the same price as their initial public offering (IPO) at $4.50 per share.
The company had announced the pricing of its IPO just a day prior. This offering included 4,444,445 of its ordinary shares at a public offering price of $4.50 per share. The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be around $20 million, before the deduction of underwriting discounts and offering expenses. This projection does not take into account the potential exercise of an over-allotment option.
In addition to the initial offering, RedCloud has provided the underwriters with a 30-day option. This option allows the underwriters to purchase up to an additional 666,666 ordinary shares from RedCloud. This measure is in place to cover over-allotments that may occur in connection with the offering.
Roth Capital Partners and Clear Street LLC are serving as the active joint book-running managers for the offering.
