Qualys (QLYS) Files $100M IPO

Qualys (NYSE: QLYS) (Nasdaq: QLYS) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $100 million. Qualys plans to list under the ticker "QLYS," but has not selected an exchange to trade on as of the initial IPO filing.

That offering is being made through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Credit Suisse Securities, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Pacific Crest Securities LLC, Robert W. Baird & Co., JMP Securities LLC, Lazard Capital Markets, and First Analysis Securities Corporation.

Qualys is a provider of cloud security and compliance solutions that enable organizations to identify security risks to their IT infrastructures, help protect their IT systems and applications from ever-evolving cyber attacks and achieve compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
