Proofpoint, Inc. (Nasdaq: PFPT) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed offering price is $50 million. ProofPoint plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker "PFPT."
