Planet Payment (PLPM) Files for $75M IPO

Planet Payment (Nasdaq: PLPM)(NYSE: PLPM) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $75 million. Planet Payment plans to list under the ticker "PLPM," but hasn't chosen an exchange.

The offering is being made through J.P. Morgan, William Blair & Company, Jefferies & Company, and Oppenheimer & Co.

Planet Payment is a provider of international payment processing and multi-currency processing services.
