Pattern Group files for 21.4M share Nasdaq IPO at $13-$15/sh

Pattern Group Inc. filed for an initial public offering of 21.43 million shares of Series A common stock priced between $13 and $15 per share, according to a regulatory filing.

The company plans to offer 10.71 million shares, while existing stockholders will sell an additional 10.71 million shares. Pattern Group stated it will not receive proceeds from the shares sold by existing stockholders.

The company has applied to list its Series A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "PTRN." No public market currently exists for Pattern Group's shares.
