Pacific Coast Oil Trust (ROYT) IPO Trades Flat

The IPO for Pacific Coast Oil Trust (NYSE: ROYT) is open for trading. The units are trading at $20.09 after pricing 17,500,000 at $20.

The offering was led by Barclays, Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, UBS, and Wells Fargo Securities.

Pacific Coast Oil Trust is a Delaware statutory trust formed by PCEC in January 2012 to own interests in the Underlying Properties. The Underlying Properties are located in California in the Santa Maria and Los Angeles Basins, both of which are characterized by long producing histories.
