Pacific Coast Oil Trust (NYSE: ROYT) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Trust Units. The proposed maximum offering price is $345 million. PCOT filed to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "ROYT."
The offering is being made through Barclays Capital.
Pacific Coast Oil Trust is a Delaware statutory trust formed by PCEC in January 2012 to own net profits interests in the Underlying Properties.
