Ostin Technology Group (OST) IPO Opens 153% Higher

Today's IPO for Ostin Technology Group Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: OST) opened for trading at $10.10 after pricing 3,375,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $4.00 per share.

Prime Number Capital LLC is acting as lead book-running manager for the offering. Shengang Securities Company Limited is acting as joint book-runner.

Ostin Technology is a supplier of display modules and polarizers in China.
