Novaled Files $200M IPO
Novaled AG filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $200 million. The company has not picked a market or ticker to list under.
The offering is being made through Goldman, Sachs & Co., Deutsche Bank Securities, Canaccord Genuity, COMMERZBANK, Cowen and Company, and JMP Securities.
Novaled is "a leader in the research, development and commercialization of technologies and materials that enhance the performance of organic light-emitting diodes, or OLEDs," according to the filing.
