Nautilus Marine Acquisition (NMAR) Files $60M IPO

Nautilus Marine Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: NMAR) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Units. Nautilus Marine Acquisition plans to sell 6 million Units and sees an offering price of $10 per unit. Nautilus Marine Acquisition filed to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker "NMAR."

Each unit is being sold consists of one share of common stock and one warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share of common stock at a price of $11.50.

The offering is being made through Maxim Group, Rodman & Renshaw, and Chardan Capital Markets, LLC.

Nautilus Marine Acquisition newly-organized blank check company formed pursuant to the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands for the purpose of acquiring, through a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization, recapitalization, exchangeable share transaction or other similar business transaction with one or more operating businesses or assets that we have to identify.
