Mountain Crest Acquisition 6 completes $60 million IPO on NASDAQ
Mountain Crest Acquisition 6 Corp. (NASDAQ: MCAHU) closed its initial public offering on May 1, 2026, raising $60 million through the sale of 6 million units priced at $10 each, according to a company statement.

Once securities begin separate trading, ordinary shares and rights will trade on Nasdaq under symbols MCAH and MCAHR respectively. The Securities and Exchange Commission declared the registration statement effective on April 29, 2026.
