Mobile Managed Services Provider MobiTV (MBTV) Files $75M IPO

MobiTV, Inc. (Nasdaq: MBTV)(NYSE: MBTV), filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering amount is $75 million. MobiTV plans to trade under the ticker "MBTV."

The offering is being made through J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank Securities, Baird, William Blair & Company, and Pacific Crest Securities.

MobiTV is a provider of comprehensive managed services that deliver live and on-demand television and related media content across mobile devices, tablets, personal computers and other Internet-enabled consumer electronics.
