Mobia Medical prices IPO at $15 per share to raise $150 million

Mobia Medical Inc. (NASDAQ: MOBI) priced its initial public offering of 10 million shares at $15.00 per share, the medical device company announced. The offering is expected to generate gross proceeds of approximately $150 million before underwriting discounts and other expenses.



The company's common stock is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "MOBI" on May 8, 2026. The offering is expected to close on May 11, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.



Mobia Medical has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.5 million shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.



BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are serving as lead bookrunners for the offering. BTIG is acting as a passive bookrunner and Wolfe | Nomura Alliance is acting as a manager.



The Austin, Texas-based company develops medical devices for stroke recovery. Its Vivistim Paired VNS System is an FDA-approved implantable device designed to improve upper limb function in chronic ischemic stroke survivors with moderate to severe upper extremity impairments.



A registration statement on Form S-1 relating to the securities was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and became effective on May 7, 2026, according to the company's statement.
