Mission NewEnergy Limited (NASDAQ: MNEL) priced its initial public offering of 2,785,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $9.00 per share, below the expected $10-$12 range. The shares will begin trading today on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "MNEL".
Chardan Capital Markets, LLC and Rodman & Renshaw, LLC, are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
