Mission NewEnergy (MNEL) IPO Opens Sharply Lower

Mission NewEnergy Limited (Nasdaq: MNEL) IPO is open for trading. Shares are trading around $8.15 after pricing an offering of 2,785,000 shares at $9, below the expected $10-$12 range.

Chardan Capital Markets, LLC and Rodman & Renshaw, LLC, are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
