Midstates Petroleum Company, Inc. (NYSE: MPO) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. Midstates plans to sell 24 million shares and sees an IPO price of $16 to $18 per share. The company plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "MPO."
The offering its being made through Goldman, Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo Securities.
