Michael Kors (KORS) Sees IPO Price of $17-$19

In a Form F-1 with the SEC Friday, Michael Kors Holdings Limited (NYSE: KORS) announced it plans to offer 41.7 million ordinary shares at a price ranging from $17 to $19.

The stock will list on the NYSE under the symbol "KORS."

Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Baird, Jefferies, Nomura and Piper Jaffray are underwriting the offering.
