MiNK Therapeutics (INKT) IPO Opens About Flat

Today's IPO for MiNK Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: INKT) opened for trading at $12.04 after pricing 3,333,334 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $12.00 per share.

Evercore ISI and William Blair are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. B. Riley and Baird are acting as co-managers for the offering.
