Meridian3 Industrials prices $175M IPO on Nasdaq
Meridian3 Industrials Acquisition Corp has priced its initial public offering of 17,500,000 units at $10.00 per unit, raising $175 million. The units are set to trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "MIACU," with trading expected to begin July 2, 2026.
Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at $11.50 per share, subject to certain adjustments. Once the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to list on Nasdaq under the symbols "MIAC" and "MIACW," respectively.
The offering is expected to close on July 6, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. is serving as the sole book-running manager. The company has granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,625,000 units at the IPO price to cover over-allotments.
Meridian3 Industrials Acquisition Corp is a special purpose acquisition company incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company. The company states it intends to focus on target businesses within the industrial technology sector, including Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and next-generation mobility. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission declared the registration statement effective on July 1, 2026.
