MRC Global (MRC) IPO Prices at $21, Low End of Range

MRC Global Inc. (NYSE: MRC) priced its initial public offering of 22,727,273 shares of common stock at $21 per share, the low end of the expected $21-$23 range. Shares will open on the NYSE today under the symbol "MRC."

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Barclays are serving as joint book-running managers. BofA Merrill Lynch, Baird and Wells Fargo Securities are serving as lead managers. Raymond James, William Blair & Company and Stephens Inc. are serving as co-managers.

MRC Global is a global industrial distributor of pipe, valves and fittings and related products and services to the energy industry.
