MOZAYYX prices $261 million IPO at $10 per unit on NYSE

MOZAYYX Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: MZYX.U) priced its initial public offering of 26.1 million units at $10.00 per unit, raising $261 million. The units began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on February 25, 2026, under the ticker symbol "MZYX.U".



Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-quarter of one redeemable warrant. When the securities begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants will trade under the symbols "MZYX" and "MZYX.WS", respectively.



The company granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3.915 million units at the IPO price to cover over-allotments. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. served as the sole book-running manager for the offering.



MOZAYYX Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company incorporated under Cayman Islands law. The company will seek to complete a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities.



The Securities and Exchange Commission declared the company's registration statement on Form S-1 effective on February 24, 2026. Winston & Strawn LLP served as legal counsel to the company, while Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP represented Cantor Fitzgerald & Co.
