MOZAYYX Acquisition completes $300 million IPO on NYSE

MOZAYYX Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: MZYX.U) completed its initial public offering of 30 million units at $10 per unit, raising $300 million in gross proceeds before underwriting discounts and expenses, according to a company statement.



The offering included 3.9 million additional units from the partial exercise of the underwriter's over-allotment option. Units began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on February 25, 2026, under the ticker symbol MZYX.U.



Each unit comprises one Class A ordinary share and one-quarter of a redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant allows the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at $11.50 per share. The Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to trade separately on NYSE under symbols MZYX and MZYX.WS, respectively.



MOZAYYX Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company incorporated under Cayman Islands law. The company will seek to complete a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities.



Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. served as the sole book-running manager for the offering. The Securities and Exchange Commission declared the company's registration statement effective on February 24, 2026.
