Krystal Biotech (KRYS) IPO Opens Modestly Higher

Today's IPO for Krystal Biotech (NASDAQ: KRYS) opened for trading at $10.50 after pricing 3,960,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $10.00 per share.

In addition, Krystal has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 594,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc., a subsidiary of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc., is acting as sole book-running manager in connection with the offering.
