Knorex prices $12 million IPO at $4 per share
Knorex Ltd. (NYSE American: KNRX) priced its initial public offering of 3 million Class A ordinary shares at $4.00 per share, raising $12 million in gross proceeds before underwriting discounts and expenses, according to a company statement.
The AI-driven digital advertising technology company granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 450,000 additional shares at the offering price to cover over-allotments. The offering is expected to close on September 30, 2025.
Knorex's Class A ordinary shares began trading on the NYSE American on September 29, 2025, under the ticker symbol "KNRX." R.F. Lafferty & Co. Inc. served as lead book-running manager, with Craft Capital Management LLC as co-manager.
Founded in 2009, Knorex operates as a B2B technology company providing marketing automation and digital advertising solutions. The company's platform, Knorex XPO, uses artificial intelligence to help marketers plan and execute cross-channel advertising campaigns across social media, search, connected TV, video, audio, display, native, and digital out-of-home advertising.
The Singapore-based company maintains operations in the United States, Vietnam, India, Malaysia, and Singapore, serving global enterprises, agencies, and brands across multiple industries.
The offering was conducted under a registration statement on Form F-1 that was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 29, 2025.
