Jive Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: JIVE)(NYSE: JIVE), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is about $100 million. Jive plans to list its shares under the ticker "JIVE."
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, UBS Investment Bank, BMO Capital Markets, and Wells Fargo Securities.
Jive Software provides a social business software platform that improves business results by enabling a more productive and effective workforce through enhanced communication and collaboration both inside and outside the enterprise.
