Jersey Mike's closes IPO at $23 per share on NYSE
Jersey Mike's Subs Inc. has closed its initial public offering of 43,478,261 shares of Class A common stock at $23.00 per share, according to a press release from the company.
The Class A common stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol NYSE: JMKE on July 30, 2026. A registration statement on Form S-1 relating to the securities was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 29, 2026.
Of the total shares offered, 13,782,609 were newly issued by the company. Jersey Mike's said it intends to use the net proceeds from those shares to repay certain indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. The remaining shares were sold by existing stockholders, and the company will not receive proceeds from those sales.
Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, and J.P. Morgan served as global coordinators and joint bookrunning managers for the offering. Barclays and Guggenheim Securities acted as co-global coordinators and joint bookrunning managers. A number of additional financial institutions participated as joint bookrunning managers and co-managers.
Jersey Mike's operates more than 3,300 franchise locations across the United States and Canada. The company was founded in 1956 in Point Pleasant, New Jersey.
