Infoblox (NYSE: BLOX) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $125 million. Infoblox filed to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "BLOX."
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, UBS, Morgan Keegan, JMP Securities, and Pacific Crest.
