Inergy Midstream (NRGM) Sees IPO Prices of $19-$21/Unit; Above Initial Expectations

Inergy Midstream, L.P. (NYSE: NRGM), filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of is Common Units. The company will offer 16 million Units and sees an initial price of $19 to $21 per Unit. Inergy Midstream filed to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "NRGM."

The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital, BofA/Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Wells Fargo Securities, J.P. Morgan, Baird, Morgan Keegan, RBC Capital Markets, and Stifel Nicolaus.

Inergy Midstream is a fee-based, growth-oriented Delaware limited partnership formed by Inergy, L.P. (NYSE: NRGY) to own, operate, develop and acquire midstream energy assets.
