Impinj, Inc. filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Intitial Public Offering of Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $100 million.
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Needham & Company, Pacific Crest, and Raymond James.
