Haymaker Acquisition Corp V prices $250M IPO on NYSE
Haymaker Acquisition Corp V announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 25,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit, raising $250,000,000 in total proceeds, according to a press release.
The units are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: HYACU) on Sept. 17, 2026, with the offering expected to close on Sept. 18, 2026. Once the units separate, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to trade under the symbols "HYAC" and "HYACW," respectively.
A total of $10.00 per unit will be deposited into a trust account upon closing. The company has granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,750,000 units at the IPO price to cover any over-allotments.
Haymaker Acquisition Corp V is a blank check company formed to pursue a merger, asset acquisition, or similar business combination. The company stated its primary focus will be on companies in the industrial, consumer, and consumer-related products and services industries.
