Harvard Ave Acquisition prices $145 million IPO at $10 per unit

Harvard Ave Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ: HAVAU) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 14.5 million units at $10 per unit, raising $145 million. The units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under ticker symbol "HAVAU" on October 23, 2025.



Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one right to receive one-tenth of one Class A ordinary share. Once separate trading begins, the Class A ordinary shares and rights will trade under symbols "HAVA" and "HAVAR" respectively.



The underwriter has received a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 2.175 million units to cover over-allotments. The offering is expected to close on October 24, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.



Harvard Ave Acquisition is a blank check company incorporated under Cayman Islands law. The company will seek to complete a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. While the company may pursue opportunities in any business or industry, it intends to focus on sectors that complement the management team's background.



D. Boral Capital LLC serves as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
