Guaranty Bancshares, Inc. (GNTY) IPO Opens 11% Higher

Today's IPO for Guaranty Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: GNTY) opened for trading at $30 after pricing 2,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $27.

Guaranty has granted the underwriters for the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 300,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price less the underwriting discount.

Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P. is acting as sole book-running manager, and Stephens Inc. is acting as co-manager.

Guaranty is a bank holding company that conducts banking activities through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guaranty Bank & Trust, N.A. As one of the oldest regional community banks in Texas, Guaranty Bank & Trust provides its customers with a full array of relationship-driven commercial and consumer banking products and services, as well as mortgage, trust, and wealth management products and services that are tailored to meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses, professionals, and individuals. Guaranty Bank & Trust has 26 banking locations across 18 Texas communities located within the East Texas, Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and Bryan/College Station markets of Texas.
