Greenway Medical Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: GWAY) priced its 6,666,667 share IPO at $10, below the expected $11-$13 range. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NYSE today under the ticker symbol "GWAY."
J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley are acting as active book-runners and William Blair is acting as passive book-runner.
