Glacier Water Services (DRNK) Files $86.25M IPO
Glacier Water Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: DRNK) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $86.25 million. Glacier Water filed to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "DRNK."
The offering is being made through William Blair & Company, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, and Canaccord Genuity.
Glacier Water Services owns and operates the largest network of filtered drinking water vending machines in the United States and Canada, with approximately 19,600 machines in place as of May 1, 2011 at food, drug, convenience, mass and other major retailers.
