FutureCrest Acquisition Corp. priced its initial public offering of 25 million units at $10 per unit, raising $250 million. The blank check company's units are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on September 26, 2025, under the ticker symbol "FCRS.U."

Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-quarter of a redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant allows the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at $11.50 per share. The offering is expected to close on September 29, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

The company has granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3.75 million units at the offering price to cover over-allotments. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. is serving as sole book-running manager for the offering.

FutureCrest plans to deposit $10 per unit into a trust account upon closing. Once the securities begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to trade under the symbols "FCRS" and "FCRS WS," respectively.

The company was formed to pursue mergers or acquisitions with businesses in AI, digital assets, fintech, infrastructure, robotics and communications industries. Thomas J. Lee serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director, while Chi Tsang is Chief Financial Officer and Director.

A registration statement relating to the securities became effective with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 25, 2025, according to the company's announcement.
