Figure Technology Solutions raises IPO plans to 31.5M shares at $20-$22/sh

Figure Technology Solutions (FIGR) has filed for a Nasdaq initial public offering of 31.5 million shares priced between $20 and $22 per share, according to a company statement. The offering consists of 26,645,296 shares from the company and 4,854,704 shares from selling stockholders.
The filing represents an increase from the previously planned 26 million shares and raises the pricing range from the earlier $18 to $20 per share.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Jefferies, and BofA Securities serve as lead underwriters for the offering.
