Figma prices IPO at $33 per share, to begin trading July 31
Figma announced the pricing of its initial public offering at $33.00 per share for 36,937,080 shares of Class A common stock. The design and product development platform will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "FIG" on July 31, 2025.
The offering consists of 12,472,657 shares offered by Figma and 24,464,423 shares offered by existing stockholders. The company will not receive proceeds from shares sold by existing stockholders. Selling stockholders granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 5,540,561 additional shares to cover over-allotments.
The offering is expected to close on August 1, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Allen & Company, and J.P. Morgan serve as joint lead book-running managers for the offering.
Founded in 2012, Figma operates a platform where teams collaborate on digital product design and development. The Securities and Exchange Commission declared the registration statement effective on July 30, 2025.
