FTS International Files $1.15B IPO
FTS International, Inc., filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $1.15 billion. FTS International plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange, but has not chosen a ticker as of the recent filing.
The offering is being made through BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Citigroup, and Credit Suisse.
