Evoqua Water Technologies (AQUA) IPO Opens, Trades Higher

Today's IPO for Evoqua Water Technologies (NYSE: AQUA) opened for trading earlier at $19.10 after pricing 27,777,777 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $18.00 per share. Shares have since moved higher to $19.95.

The selling stockholders have also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,166,666 shares.

Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint lead book-running managers in the offering. Citigroup and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are also acting as joint book-running managers in the offering. Morgan Stanley, Baird, Raymond James, Stifel and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as co-managers in the offering.
