Evommune prices IPO at $16 per share, raising $150 million

Evommune Inc. (NYSE: EVMN) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 9,375,000 shares of common stock at $16.00 per share. The clinical-stage biotechnology company develops therapies targeting chronic inflammatory diseases.



The company granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,406,250 additional shares at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Gross proceeds from the offering are expected to reach $150 million before deducting underwriting fees and offering expenses.



Shares will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "EVMN" on November 6, 2025. The offering is expected to close on November 7, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.



Morgan Stanley, Leerink Partners, Evercore ISI, and Cantor serve as joint book-running managers for the offering.



The Securities and Exchange Commission registration statement became automatically effective on November 5, 2025, according to the company statement.



Evommune focuses on developing product candidates that target key drivers of chronic inflammation to address limitations of existing therapies for inflammatory diseases.
